subclass

This is a place for newbie players to come and discuss problems they are having specifically, address any issues regarding the game not covered sufficiently in the help files, and any other newbie-helpful discussion (though please do NOT discuss details of quests, subclasses included, nor tell people how to play in this thread. Those topics will be promptly removed.)

Wow, you're right. I would have thought help subclass would at least cover the minimum subclass level. Anyway, it should be level 10.

You are good to subclass for sometime. I think you cannot after, what is it...40? Honestly, I haven't been asked that question in ages and I have forgotten. Been dwelling too much on building and neglecting my administrative duties.

Seems like the range use to vary depending on the subclass but it was somewhere around 10 through 35/40-ish.

For the dull warrior/Rogue types...you have to subclass between 10 and 25.

For the far superior, and much more interesting, Mage/Cleric types...it is between 10 and 45.

And with that...all I have to say to former and current immortals who don't know that...blah. :P

Pfft... ok.

Its not like I've been an imm for almost a six months now and I haven't subclassed a character in over two years... so that's my story anyway and I'm sticking to it.

I thought the max subclass level was only 40 for sorcerers.

...that was an indirect question.

the EXACT numbers are...

all subclassing starts at L10 not matter what your subclass screen says.

subclassing ends for warriors and rogues at L25

for clerics and mages it's L45

that is all.

conjurer is not an active subclass and as it looks will not become one anytime soon...pets are available for purchase in a shop on the east side of town...should be one south and one west from east commerce square or something. can't remember off the top of my head, the names that is.
